These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all tourists booked under Kashi Darshan Bus Seva (KDBS).

Safety First: Tourists must follow safety instructions. VCTSL/TAI reserves the right to deny service to intoxicated or unruly tourists.

Health: The KDBS package requires physical fitness and is not suitable for medically unfit individuals or those with mobility limitations.

Prohibitions: Strictly NO SMOKING / NO ALCOHOL during the tour or inside temple premises.

The VCTSL/TAI authority reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

Tourists must follow the safety instructions provided by the escort/driver.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the bus and temple premises.

Tourists causing disturbances may be asked to leave without any refund.

Tourists must follow the rules and regulations instructed by each temple.

Tickets will be booked through online mode only.

Tourists must carry a valid photo ID while traveling.

Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented for inspection when requested.

Tourist Cancellation: No refund will be provided if cancelled by the tourist.

No refund in case of non-arrival or missed trips.

Force Majeure: 50% refund in case of natural calamities or government/administrative directives.

VIP Movement: If Aarti is cancelled due to VIP movement, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

Boat services will be suspended during the monsoon season as per local administration guidelines. Other services will operate as scheduled, and no refunds will be applicable.

In case of mechanical failure, an alternative bus will be arranged. Tourists are expected to wait, and no refunds will be issued.

VCTSL/TAI is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, route diversion, or government restrictions.

Tourists must reach the boarding point at least 5 minutes before departure. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for late arrivals.

No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the KDBS package, including bus service, guide services, temple darshan arrangements, prasad, refreshments, entrance fees, or any other included services.

The decision to leave the package midway is entirely voluntary and without any pressure or dissatisfaction with the services provided by Tour Assistance India (TAI), driver, guide, or staff.

I confirm that I am in good health and take full responsibility for my safety, travel, and well-being after leaving the package.

I release Tour Assistance India (TAI), U.P. Tourism, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust, and associated staff from any liability, claim, or loss after exiting the package.

I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms at the time of booking, and this declaration is made voluntarily.
